Ingredients

Directions

1

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Have ready 6 pieces of aluminum foil, each cut to enclose 1 fillet.

2

Place a fillet in the middle of a piece of foil. Season with salt and pepper, and put a lemon slice on top. Pour 2 ½ tablespoons of dressing over each fillet. Sprinkle with the garlic and thyme, and scatter ½ cup of croutons over each fillet.

3

Enclose in the foil, sealing it airtight and leaving a little space at the top for the packet to expand. Bake the packages on the rack of the oven for 12 minutes. (The packets will puff up slightly.)

4

Transfer the packages to dinner plates. Be sure to open them carefully because there is a buildup of steam inside.
