4 orange roughy fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 head cabbage
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 red bell pepper, julienned
1/3 cup Newman's Own® Lite Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
1/2 cup Newman's Own® All Natural Peach Salsa
Preheat grill to medium-high. Whisk together oils, cilantro, ginger, and vinegar in a medium baking dish. Place fillets in the dish, and turn to coat. Let sit for 15 minutes.
Shred cabbage, and mix with carrot and bell pepper in a bowl. Dress with salad dressing to taste.
Grill the fish until just done, about 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on the temperature of your grill. Serve fish with the slaw on the side. Top fish salsa.
