2 large ripe tomatoes
½ pound endive
3 slices bacon
1½ cups Mrs. Cubbison’s® Restaurant Style Croutons
Newman’s Own® Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette or Lite Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
Cut tomatoes into small cubes. Cut endives in half and then slice crosswise to make an equal amount and mix with tomatoes.
Cook bacon until very crisp. Crumble and sprinkle over salad.
Add dressing to taste and toss.
