The Lord’s Dish . . . or Somebody Up There Likes Me Pizza

Ingredients

1 Tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
1 flour tortilla (6 inches in diameter)
½ cup Newman's Own® Sockarooni, Italian Sausage & Peppers, Marinara, Fra Diavolo or Tomato & Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
6 slices pepperoni
1 tsp diced jalapeno pepper or canned mild green chilies

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Sprinkle the cheeses evenly on the tortilla. Smother with the Newman's Own® pasta sauce of your choice. Arrange the pepperoni slices and diced jalapeno pepper on top.

Put the pizza on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
