4 ounces cream cheese
16-ounce jar Newman’s Own® Medium Chunky Salsa
¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced
½ cup corn kernels, thawed, canned or fresh
Spray knife with cooking spray and cut cream cheese into small cubes. Scatter around the bottom of serving dish.
Cut avocado into cubes and add to the serving dish along with the corn kernels.
Pour the salsa evenly covering the cream cheese, avocado and corn. Scatter the cilantro on top.
Serve with baked tortilla chips or pretzel crisps.
