1 cup Newman's Own® Family Recipe Italian or Lite Italian Salad Dressing
1 pound (20-24 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp butter
Juice from 1 lemon
½ cup white wine
Two cloves garlic, chopped fine
Freshly ground black pepper
Place a large zipper seal plastic bag into a large, shallow dish. Into the bag, add salad dressing and shrimp. Seal bag. Marinate up to 30 minutes.
In a large skillet, cook and stir shrimp in hot oil until shrimp is cooked. Transfer shrimp to platter.
Into the skillet, add butter, lemon juice, wine and garlic. Cook liquid until reduced by half. Pour over shrimp and sprinkle with pepper. Serve immediately.
