½ cup frosted corn flakes cereal, crushed
½ tsp dried sage
4 Tbsp Newman’s Own® Sockarooni Sauce
½ pound ground beef
½ pound ground pork
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat the egg in a large bowl. Stir in the cereal, sage, and Newman’s Own® Sockarooni Sauce. Add the two meats and mix well with your hands.
Place the mixture in an ungreased, loaf-shaped baking dish. Pat the mixture down into the dish so that the bottom is filled completely.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked through. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
