4 chicken breasts
2 heads Romaine lettuce
6 small tomatoes
1 large cucumber
1 cup chick peas
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup each Newman's Own® Organics dried cranberries and raisins
2 cups Newman's Own® Mesquite with Lime Marinade
Newman's Own® Salad Dressing of choice
Slather chicken breasts in marinade and then grill or sauté chicken. Continue to baste chicken with marinade while cooking. Once cooked and cooled, cut into small bite-sized chunks.
While chicken is cooking, rinse and chop romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and toss in bowl. Add chick peas, dried cranberries and raisins.
Add chicken chunks and sprinkle cheddar cheese. Top with choice of Newman’s Own® salad dressing.
