2 pounds thin flank steak
2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
2 tsp beef bouillon
1 cup flour
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 jar Newman's Own® Marinara Sauce
1/2 tsp basil leaves
1 pound pasta
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Dissolve bouillon in liquid. Spread stuffing evenly over top of steak to within 1 inch of edges. Roll up steak and tuck in ends. Tie with string. Coat steak roll with flour.
Heat oil in large skillet. Brown onions and garlic and add pasta sauce and basil. Cook and stir until smooth. Pour over meat.
Cover and bake 1 hour, basting occasionally. Prepare pasta according to package directions and serve with steak.
