1 ½ pound London broil (or flank steak)
1 Tbsp kosher salt
1/2 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
2-3 Tbsp minced garlic
4 cups Romaine lettuce, cut into bite-size pieces
2-3 Tbsp. Gorgonzola cheese (or other full flavored cheese)
Newman’s Own® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Set oven to Broil. Cover a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place steak on baking sheet and sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides. Next, rub in the minced garlic.
Broil for 10 minutes on the first side, then flip and broil for an additional 8 minutes.
Divide Romaine lettuce between 4 plates and sprinkle Gorgonzola cheese evenly between each serving.
Once steak has finished cooking, remove from oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Once the meat has rested, slice thinly against the grain.
Place about 3 ounces of steak on top of each salad, then drizzle Newman’s Own® dressing.
