about 8 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 cup Newman’s Own® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 Asian pear, peeled and diced
2 eggs, boiled and cut into quarters
Place the spinach and red pepper in a large bowl and toss well with Newman’s Own® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.
Place the salad in individual serving bowls. Top each serving with about 2 Tbsp of the diced Asian pear. Garnish with the boiled egg.
