4 hot cherry peppers, seeds removed, cut into pieces
1 Tbsp oil
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed & chopped
1 ½ pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1 jar Newman's Own® Tomato & Roasted Garlic Sauce
1 pound angel hair pasta
Pinch of salt
In a large, deep frying pan, over medium heat, add olive oil, then add hot peppers, onion and bell peppers. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add chicken breast pieces and garlic, sauté for 3 or 4 minutes. Add pasta sauce, lower heat and simmer.
Cook pasta according to package. Strain and pour into a large bowl. Spoon chicken mixture over pasta. Season with parmesan and enjoy.
