2 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound chicken fillets, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp each salt and pepper
1 large bag tortilla chips
1 jar Newman's Own® All-Natural Bandito Chunky Roasted Garlic Salsa
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown onion and garlic in olive oil in skillet. Add chicken, stirring, until nicely browned. Add salt and pepper.
Place full size tortilla chips on baking sheet, spoon chicken mixture on top, spoon a dollop of salsa over each chip and top with shredded Jalapeño Jack cheese or another cheese of your choice.
Bake for 5 minutes until cheese melts. Top with dollop of sour cream and sliced avocados on side.
