1 (12 oz) package Jumbo shells
4 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cups shredded parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp dried parsley
¾ tsp dried oregano leaves
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 jars Newman’s Own® Sockarooni Pasta Sauce
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients but the Sockarooni Sauce.
Spoon about 2 Tbsp of cheese filling into each of the cooked shells.
Pour about ¼ cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of two 9 x 13 baking dishes. This recipe works best if the shells aren’t stacked on top of each other, so best to use 2 dishes.
Place the stuffed shells over the top of the sauce. Pour the remaining sauce over the top of the shells.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
