½ oz. sun-dried tomatoes in oil
1 6-inch pre-baked pizza crust
2 Tbsp olive oil
¼ cup of Newman's Own® Marinara Pasta Sauce
1 smoked chicken breast (available in many grocers' meat departments), or your favorite meat
2 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
1 tsp fresh oregano
1 Tbsp fresh parsley
Drain sun-dried tomatoes and julienne. Brush pizza crust with olive oil. Spread pasta sauce evenly over crust.
Remove skin from chicken breast. Slice chicken and arrange over tomato sauce. Cover chicken with tomatoes. Slice cheese and arrange over pizza. Sprinkle with oregano and parsley.
Bake 12 minutes at 350°F.
