1 head butter lettuce, shredded
1 2-ounce can sliced black olives
1 avocado, halved and cubed
½ pound deli-sliced chicken, chopped
4 large handfuls tortilla chips, crushed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp sour cream
4 Tbsp Newman’s Own® Medium Chunky Salsa
In a large bowl, toss all ingredients except the sour cream and salsa. Mix the sour cream and salsa in a separate bowl until fully incorporated, then dress the salad with the salsa mixture and toss until coated.
Serve in individual serving bowls or plates.
