2 pounds shrimp, cooked, shelled, and deveined
2 stalks celery, chopped
¼ cup chopped scallions or chives
2 Tbsp fresh or dried dill
½ cup Newman's Own® Lite Italian Salad Dressing
Mix shrimp, celery scallions or chives, dill, and salad dressing. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or longer.
Serve on a bed of lettuce garnished with tomato wedges.
