1 pound frozen shrimp (medium or large sized)
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
Newman’s Own® Sweet Onion & Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce*
Heat pan, add olive oil and garlic. After about 1 minute, add shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on medium-high heat.
Add pasta sauce and cook for another 2 minutes (depending on whether or not shrimp was frozen or defrosted).
Serve on a bed of white or brown rice.
*For a more Southwestern flair, substitute Newman’s Own® Garden Salsa for pasta sauce.
