4 chicken breasts
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 cups Newman’s Own® Sweet Onion & Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
½ pound egg noodles
4 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Slice chicken breasts into thin strips. Heat pan, add olive oil and sauté garlic.
Add chicken and sauté on medium high heat. Once nearly cooked through, add pasta sauce and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil egg noodles according to package directions.
Serve shredded Italian chicken on bed of noodles. Salt and pepper to taste.
