1 pound pasta shells
¾ cup crumbled good quality blue cheese
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup Newman's Own® Marinara or Mushroom Marinara Pasta Sauce
1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
1 package frozen peas. Thawed
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 Tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese for serving
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the pasta, and cook according to the package directions. Drain well and keep warm.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a medium sauté pan over high heat until hot. Add the garlic, tomatoes, peas, salt and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add the drained pasta and toss until combined. Stir in the blue cheese and sauce and toss until mixed.
Divide the pasta among 6 bowls or plates and sprinkle each serving with a little parmesan cheese.
