4 tuna steaks
2/3 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
1 cup Newman's Own® Lite Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
1 head romaine lettuce
1/3 cup shredded carrots
1 clove fresh garlic
ginger, salt and pepper to taste
Finely chop garlic. Mix 2/3 cup dressing with garlic, pour over tuna and marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat broiler. Mix breadcrumbs, ginger, salt, and pepper. Coat tuna loin in breadcrumb mixture. Broil 10 minutes.
Chop romaine lettuce. Mix with shredded carrots. Toss with remaining dressing. Serve tuna over salad.
