1 pound ground beef
3/4 cup Newman’s Own® Medium Salsa
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper
½ cup mayonnaise
2 green onions, chopped
4 hamburger buns
In a large bowl, combine beef, ½ cup salsa, cumin, and salt and pepper. Make 4 patties and place in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together the mayo, ¼ cup salsa and green onions.
Slather salsa mayo on each side of the bun, add burger patty and finish with desired toppings.
