1 pint grape tomatoes
1-2 teaspoons Kosher salt
Newman’s Own® Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing
10 oz. package of baby greens salad mix
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a medium sized bowl, toss tomatoes with salt and Newman’s Own dressing. Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
While tomatoes are roasting, divide the salad mix between 4 salad plates and set aside.
Once the tomatoes have begun to brown and split from their skins slightly, about 20 minutes, remove from oven and immediately top salad with them.
