½ jar Newman’s Own® All-Natural Bandito Salsa Medium
¼ cup water
3 ounces tortilla chips
2 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Heat Newman’s Own® All-Natural Bandito Salsa Medium and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Add tortilla chips and gently stir to coat in sauce. Cook until the chips have softened, but are not soggy.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the chips and sauce, then cover and remove from heat while the cheese melts.
Serve with eggs cooked to your liking, topped with a bit more of the salsa.
