4 portobello mushrooms
loaf of French bread, thickly sliced
8 ½-inch slices brie cheese

fresh basil leaves
Clean and grill whole portobellos.
Toast thick french bread slices. Spread pasta sauce on toast. Add slices of brie and grilled portobellos.
Top with basil leaves and eat up!
