4 Mezzetta® Sun Ripened Dried Tomatoes, cut into thin strips
½ cup sliced mushrooms
4-ounce can of tuna, drained
1 cup Newman’s Own® Alfredo Pasta Sauce
4 cups cooked penne pasta
¼ cup heavy cream or half and half
chopped parsley for garnish
Over medium heat, sauté the mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in 1 Tbsp of the olive oil from the Mezzetta® Sun Ripened Dried Tomato jar. Add the tuna and cooked penne and toss to coat.
Add the Newman’s Own® Alfredo Pasta Sauce and cream and stir well. Cook until just bubbling.
Serve immediately and garnish with chopped parsley.
