2 ready-made polenta rolls (16 oz.)
1 jar Newman's Own® Marinara Sockarooni, Bombolina, Cabernet Marinara or Tomato & Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 can chopped or sliced black olives (4 oz.)
½ cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped broccoli
¼ cup thinly sliced red peppers
Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice the polenta into ½-inch- thick slices for the faces. Put each of the remaining ingredients into its own small bowl with spoons.
Spoon the Newman's Own® pasta sauce of your choice onto polenta slices and cover with shredded cheese. Use remaining ingredients to make faces on polenta slices.
Bake the Paulenta face pizzas on cookie sheets for 15 minutes.
