1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup cooked rice (prepared according to package directions)
2 cups Newman's Own® Marinara Pasta Sauce
dash ground nutmeg
Sauté onion and pepper in oil until limp. Add chicken, rice, pasta sauce, and nutmeg.
Simmer, covered, over low heat for 45 minutes or bake at 350°F.
Serve over rice.
