20 large shrimp, peeled and cooked
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 avocado, cubed
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2-cup Newman's Own® All-Natural Bandito Salsa Mild
Chop shrimp, mix lemon juice into salsa, and fold in shrimp, avocado, and cilantro. Chill 30 minutes.
Spoon into margarita or martini glasses. Garnish with lemon wedge.
