Newman's Own® Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Newman's Own® Parmesan and Roasted Garlic dressing
four 12' soft flour tortillas
8 slices smoked bacon
1 red onion, julienned
2 red tomatoes, diced
1 head iceberg lettuce
8 slices Gruyere cheese
Clean portobello caps, marinate for 30 minutes in salad dressing. Meanwhile, cook bacon slices, and sauté the red onions, slice the tomato, chop the lettuce.
After marinating, season mushrooms with salt and pepper, grill until cooked approximately 10 minutes allow to cool and slice.
Assemble wrap as follows: on tortilla place cheese, followed by 2 strips of bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and portobello slices. Add a touch of salad dressing for flavor and season with salt and pepper to taste. Roll wrap tightly. Serve warm.
