½ jar Newman’s Own® Alfredo Sauce
1 large shallot, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound lump crab meat, picked over
½ tsp hot Spanish paprika
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
2 tsp butter, melted
¼ tsp hot Spanish paprika
Set oven to broil. Combine Alfredo sauce, shallot, garlic, crab, and paprika. Transfer to an oven-proof casserole or bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, butter, and paprika. Spread over crab mixture.
Place in oven and broil until golden and bubbly. It can burn quickly, so keep an eye on it. Serve hot with bread, crackers or steamed artichoke leaves.
