¼ cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium onions, chopped
2 green peppers, seeded and chopped
1 jar Newman's Own® Cabernet Marinara Pasta Sauce
1 cup dry white wine
1 ½ pounds cod, sliced and cut into pieces
1 pound frozen lobster tails, thawed, shelled, and cut up
1 pound mussels and/or small clams
Heat oil in a deep, heavy skillet or Dutch oven; add garlic, onions, and green peppers. Cook until golden.
Add pasta sauce, wine, cod and lobster; simmer 6 minutes.
Add mussels and/or clams. Cover and cook 5-10 minutes more, until fish is done and shellfish open.
Serve this stew with crusty Italian bread.
