2 chicken breasts, halved
1 ½ cup Newman’s Own® Lite Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
1 Tbsp olive oil
6 pieces bacon
1 tomato, thinly sliced
8 pieces French bread
Pound chicken breast halves until no more than ½ inch thick. Heat olive oil in heavy bottomed skillet (such as cast iron) over medium high heat.
When pan is hot, place chicken breasts in pan and spoon most of honey mustard dressing on top of the chicken. Flip after 7 minutes and spoon the rest of the dressing on the cooked side. After 3 or 4 minutes, remove from heat.
Meanwhile, microwave bacon according to package directions, until cooked.
Assemble sandwiches with chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and topping with French bread. Cut into halves and serve.
