2 pounds large shrimp
2 cups Newman’s Own® Sesame Ginger Marinade
small onions
fresh ginger
salt and pepper to taste
Rinse and devein shrimp then place on skewers, alternating shrimp with small onions.
Soak skewers in marinade for about an hour.
Sprinkle fresh ginger and salt and pepper on shrimp skewers before placing on grill or in oven.
Shrimp can then be cooked on a grill or baked in the oven on high heat. Depending on size, most shrimp cook in a matter of minutes; remove from grill/oven once they are slightly browned.
About 5 minutes later, remove and serve with lemon rice.
