6 large Portobello mushrooms - stems removed, and cleaned
6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup Newman's Own® Parmesan & Roasted Garlic Dressing
tomatoes, finely chopped, for garnish
Heat outdoor grill. Place mushrooms on grill. Sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes per side, being careful not to burn. Reduce heat to low for an additional 5 minutes.
Sprinkle mushrooms with cheese and close lid in grill for another 2-3 minutes, or until cheese melts. Sprinkle mushrooms generously with Newman's dressing and close lid. Allow to cook for another 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat onto a serving platter.
Top with chopped tomatoes for garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.
