2 pounds line caught Alaskan salmon, cut into 4 servings
1 cup Newman's Own® Old Fashioned Roadside Virgin Lemonade
1/2 cup Newman's Own® Lite Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 onion, minced
zest of one lemon
toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Combine lemonade, dressing, soy sauce, onion and lemon zest. Add salmon and marinate in the refrigerator 1 hour.
Preheat outdoor grill to high. Remove salmon from marinade and pour marinade in small saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil marinade 3-5 minutes.
Grill salmon on high 4 minutes per side. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, serve with cooked marinade.
