4 center cut boneless pork chops, half pound each
1 bunch of scallions
2 cups Newman's Own® Teriyaki Marinade
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon minced ginger
Preheat oven to 375. Clean scallions and cut into one-inch lengths. Peel and mince ginger.
In bowl add teriyaki marinade, ginger, scallions, mustard and honey. Mix well and then coat pork chops generously.
Transfer to baking pan and cover with aluminum foil for approximately 15 minutes (depending on size of chops). If desired, uncover and brown under the broiler for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve with rice and juices from the pan.
