1/2 jar Newman’s Own® Alfredo Pasta Sauce
2 portobello mushrooms, grilled and sliced
2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
2 roasted red peppers, sliced
8 oz fettuccini
Fresh parsley for garnish
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add Fettuccini and cook according to package directions.
Drain pasta and return to pan. Add Alfredo sauce and toss to coat. Divide onto individual serving plates and top with peppers, mushrooms and chicken.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
