1 jar of Newman's Own® Medium Chunky Salsa
2 chicken breasts, sliced
1 can of refried beans
1 small bag of Mexican cheese
1 small can of olives, sliced
1 bunch of fresh cilantro
Spray a grill pan with cooking spray. Heat pan over medium heat. Cook your chicken slices until cooked through.
Spread enough refried beans onto a tortilla to cover the surface (leaving a small border). Add a spoonful of salsa on top of beans. Add a handful of cheese and sliced olives, then place a few chicken slices on top and sprinkle on a bit of cilantro.
Place another tortilla on top and place into a heated grill pan. Cook until tortilla is golden & cheese is melted, turning over half way through. Continue with remaining ingredients until all of your quesadillas are cooked.
Slice quesadillas into wedges & serve with additional salsa to garnish.
