½ jar Newman’s Own® Medium Chunky Salsa
2 chicken breasts
1 Tbsp taco seasoning
½ cup black beans, drained
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
½ cup guacamole
½ cup sour cream
Heat 2 Tbsp vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning. Cook until completely done, about 6 minutes each side. Remove from pan and cut into cubes.
Place tortilla chips in an oven-safe dish and top with cooked chicken, salsa, black beans, and cheese.
Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and top with guacamole and sour cream. Sprinkle cilantro for garnish, and serve.
