4 chicken breasts, rinsed and sliced in long, thin strips
2 ½ cups Newman’s Own® Mesquite Lime Marinade
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
1 cup Newman’s Own® Farmer’s Garden Salsa
8 flour tortilla pancakes
Rinse and slice chicken breasts into long, thin strips and let stand in a generous amount of Newman’s Own® Mesquite Lime Marinade (in covered dish in fridge for about an hour).
Rinse and chop romaine lettuce and shred cheddar cheese.
Grill, bake, or sauté chicken strips.
When done, place in tortilla pancake with lettuce, cheese, and top with salsa and dollop of sour cream.
