2 Tbsp olive oil
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
1 jar Newman's Own® Marinara Pasta Sauce with Mushrooms
¼ cup white wine
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp basil
1 Tbsp thyme
Sauté chicken in olive oil until golden brown. Remove to clean platter.
Sauté pepper, onion, and garlic until limp. Place chicken pieces into skillet with vegetables. Add pasta sauce, wine and seasonings.
