1 cooked chicken, shredded into bite size pieces
1 cup peas and carrot mix, frozen or canned
1 jar Newman’s Own® Alfredo Pasta Sauce
1 pound (2 sheets) puff pastry
Egg wash made with 1 egg and 1 Tbsp water
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, peas and carrots, and Newman’s Own® Alfredo Pasta Sauce.
Lay out each sheet of pastry on a baking sheet. Divide mixture evenly between sheets, placing by tablespoon into the middle of each. Fold ends up and over filling, then fold up sides, one on top of the other. Pinch seams to keep filling inside.
Brush the tops with egg wash. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
