½ cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 pound scallops
1 tsp soy sauce
2-4 Tbsp Newman's Own® Lite Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing
Salt and pepper
Place scallops, soy sauce, and salad dressing in bowl and mix well. Place in glass baking dish and add salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Place baking dish in preheated oven about 4-6 inches from heat source and broil until lightly browned (about 5-7 minutes, depending on whether you use small bay scallops or larger sea scallops).
Remove from oven and serve with brown rice.
