2 pounds broccoli
½ tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 jar Newman's Own® Salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
¾ cup sour cream
1 ½ cups grated cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut off and discard the tough lower ends of the broccoli stalks. Trim the individual florets into bite-sized pieces. Peel off the tough skin covering the main stalks and slice the stalks into bite-sized pieces.
Steam the broccoli until just soft, 3-5 minutes. Drain and place immediately in a 9x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper.
Pour the salsa over the broccoli, dot with the sour cream, and cover with cheese.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
