1 pound hamburger meat
1 package blue cheese crumbles (8 oz.)
1 bottle of Newman's Own® Balsamic Vinaigrette or Newman's Own Organics Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 onion, sliced
salt and pepper, to taste
4 hamburger rolls, split
In a large bowl, mix hamburger, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup salad dressing.
Shape mixture into 4 patties, and using thumb, make an indentation in the center of each patty. Fill indentation with blue cheese, and carefully reseal patties.
Preheat grill and cook burgers about 5 minutes on both sides for medium. Top with a slice of onion, and place on roll.
