4 sourdough rolls
¾ pound leftover roast beef
4 slices roasted sweet red pepper
Shaved fresh parmesan cheese
4 tsp Newman’s Own® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat roast beef in the microwave or on the stovetop with 2 Tbsp oil, and shred.
Slice sourdough rolls in half horizontally and place, crust side down, on oven rack for 5 minutes.
Remove rolls and place ¼ of beef mixture on the bottom half of each bun.
Drizzle each with 1 tsp dressing and shave parmesan cheese over the top using a vegetable peeler. Top with sweet red pepper and the other half of the roll.
Serve hot with fries or another side of your choice.
