2 pounds tilapia fillet
1 ½ cups sliced olives (mixed)
½ container grape-shaped cherry tomatoes
1 ½ - 2 cups Newman’s Own® Sweet Onion & Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cut the fillet into four pieces and place on baking sheet lined with tinfoil.
Toss sliced olives and rinsed grape-shaped cherry tomatoes on and around the fish. Pour pasta sauce on and around the fish (not too much). Add salt and pepper.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or whenever the fish is done.
Serve on bed of rice.
