6 Tbsp soft-spread margarine
1 package (18 oz.) sliced Canadian bacon
1 ½ cups Newman's Own® Sockarooni Pasta Sauce
1 bag (16 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
freshly grated parmesan cheese
Preheat the broiler. Cut the bagels in half. Spread each half with margarine.
Working in several batches, cook the canadian bacon in a heavy skillet or the microwave until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
Spoon the pasta sauce onto the bagel halves, approximately 3 tablespoons per half. Put the bacon pieces on top of the sauce, dividing it equally among the bagel halves.
Sprinkle each half with the mozzarella and then the parmesan cheese. Broil until the cheese melts.
