1 cup semi-hard cheese, cut into chunks
½ cup roasted pepper, cut into strips
1 cup olives
½ cup pepperoncinis
1 cup salami, chopped
½ cup button mushrooms
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup Newman’s Own® Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered.
